How much are you affected by what people say about you?

I'd be a liar if i said that what people said didn't affect me. HOWEVER! I can truthfully say that it doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I guess that after hearing every hurtful thing that there could possibly be from a loved one, heck, anything else can barely pass as an insult.

Personally, I don't really think that what people say should matter. Cliche, yes I know. But since so many people say it, there MUST be some truth in it! And I believe there is. What people say shouldn't matter if you have confidence. And like Britney Spears says, "Confidence is a must." (:

I've had multiple throughout my life.
buttt! i think i'm going to stick with this one for a while.(:

i'm not much of a writer, but sometimes, i have to admit its nice to get things out of my system.
i think i'm going to start on the subject of SUMMER '08! :D

SUMMER '08
i have to admit this is probably my favorite summer so farr. you see, i volunteered at my hucrch's sumemr school, and i met the most AMAZING people there. not only were they good teachers, they were great role models.(: yeah yeah yeah, "cliche!" psh.  whateverrr, you know you think of people and go, "man, they're amazing. like, role model amazinggg<3" or maybe not..? either way! people are amazing.(:

switching subjects, i've realized how :P smiley pisses me off. like no lie, whenever someone uses :P as a smiley, i think, wth? am i annoying you?! geez. PFT. i don't knowww. maybe its just me, but seriously :P makes me feel like i'm annoying, and it puts me in a kinda stingy mood.

well, i'm done for today.
